Actually, all questions are screened before you are chosen to speak, so that's why it doesn't happen often. I was lucky enough to get to sit in on a speech the President gave in my hometown of Riverside, California. He was giving a speech to the Hispanic business community about what his policies would do to help our specific agrarian economy. All he did was open the speech in Spanish and talk about 9/11. I made up a bullshit question about business efforts and taxes or something, and instead asked, "So when are you going to actually address the Hispanic business community?" I got escorted out.
